Morning Star School admits students without regard to race, creed, or ethnic background. The following items are requirements to be considered for enrollment:
2024-2025
All families must complete/submit/acknowledge the following:
1. Completed Online Application and Enrollment
2. True Copy of Legal Papers, i.e. custody arrangements (if applicable)
3. Original Birth Certificate (to be copied and returned)
4. Copy of Baptismal, First Communion, and Confirmation Certificates (if applicable)
5. Certification of Immunization (Form DH 680)
6. School Entry Health Form (Form DH 3040)
7. Student must be able to independently toilet
8. Psychological/Educational Evaluations (if applicable) such as, but not limited to:
- Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Section 504 Plan
- Comprehensive English Language Learning Assessment (CELLA)
- Progress Monitoring Plan (PMP)
- Student Support Plan (SSP)
- Speech, Language, Occupational, etc. Evaluation(s)
- Kindergarten: Any Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) or Early Learning Coalition (ELC) Childhood Developmental Screening Results
Once the application process is complete, parents will be notified when an opening becomes available.
